A process wherein a lienholder under a home equity loan, reverse mortgage, §50(k)(11) loan must first notice the Court’s of its intention to seek non-judicial foreclosure of the lien. The borrower is then given an opportunity to challenge the lienholder’s rights through filings in with the Court.
